All three episodes of the Japanese cyberpunk anime OVA series set in the year 2808. Three notorious criminals, Benten (voice of Kaneto Shiozawa), Gogul (Tessho Genda) and Sengoku (Hiroya Ishimaru), are offered the chance to reduce their sentences if they join a special unit of the Cyber Police and help fight crime in the city of Oedo.
